Practical informations
- The number of participants is limited to about 30 people
- Dedicated and equipped premises are available inside the Château ("grande coupole") on the grounds of Meudon Observatory:
- a meeting room with a seating capacity of 22;
- 4 offices with seating capacity of 6 to 15;
- a conference room with a seating capacity of 80 will be used on Monday and Tuesday
- There are no inscription fees, thanks to the support from the Paris Observatory
- A buffet will be offered for lunch on Tuesday 3. On Monday and wednesday, lunch is possible at the cantine of the Observatory (about 14 €)
- The social dinner on Tuesday evening will be at the restaurant Sud Ouest & Cie http://www.sudouestetcie.com/ 39 Bd Montparnasse, 6th district, Paris, just nearby the Montparnasse train station. It will start at 8pm.
- Please bring your laptop for the practical sessions.
- Wifi is available through eduroam. If you don’t have eduroam, ask us to provide a wifi access.
