Interstellar dust attenuation in galaxies¶
Estimation of the interstellar dust attenuation in dusty galaxies using the nebular emission, stellar continuum and dust emission. Analysis of the ultraviolet spectral index in starburst and normal galaxies as estimator of dust attenuation. (Panuzzo et al. 2007, Inoue et al. 2006)
HII regions modelling and star formation rate estimators¶
Modelling of nebular emission from an arbitrary young stellar population (see more in this dedicated page).
